Testing Capabilities

The company possesses testing capabilities including high-capacity tests for switchgear up to 550kV/63kA, insulation tests for AC and DC up to 1200kV, temperature rise tests up to 16000A, mechanical tests, environmental tests, and electromagnetic compatibility tests. Additionally, it has the capability for type tests of transformers up to 35kV and below.

Capacity test

It covers type tests, performance tests, sampling tests and research tests of high-voltage electrical products such as circuit breakers, isolation/grounding switches, combined electrical appliances, transformers, distribution transformers, switch cabinets, load switches, fuses, ring network cabinets, JP cabinets, post circuit breakers, box-type substations, etc.

Insulation test

The detection scope covers the test type, performance test, research test and sampling test of high-voltage electrical products such as high-voltage circuit breaker, isolation/grounding switch, combined electrical appliance, high-voltage cable tap changer, compact complete switchgear, high-voltage bypass switch, high-voltage transfer switch, high-voltage load switch, automatic recloser, automatic segmenter, bushing, transformer, fuse, high-voltage switch cabinet, ring network cabinet, column circuit breaker, prefabricated substation, distribution transformer, etc.

Mechanical and temperature rise test

The detection scope covers the type test, performance test and research test of high and low voltage electrical equipment such as high voltage circuit breaker, isolation/grounding switch, combined electrical appliance, high voltage cable tap changer, compact complete switchgear, high voltage bypass switch, transfer switch, high voltage load switch, automatic recloser, automatic segmenter, bushing, transformer, fuse, high voltage switch cabinet, ring network cabinet, column circuit breaker, pre-installed substation, distribution transformer, low voltage switch cabinet, JPcabinet, etc. and sampling test.

Environmental detection

The detection scope covers the type test, performance test, research test and sampling test of high and low voltage switchgear, substation protection, control and monitoring equipment and electrical and electronic products.

Electromagnetic compatibility test

DC test

DC circuit breaker, DC load switch, converter valve, DC power electronic transformer, energy router, medium and low voltage DC dynamic model test, real-time simulation of AC/DC hybrid distribution network system, battery performance test, etc.

Electrical insulating oil test

Breakdown voltage, dielectric loss factor, water content, dissolved gas component content, gas content, water-soluble acid, acid value, flash point (closed), interfacial tension and other full oil testing capabilities.

Reliability Test

The company actively responds to the standardization of power grid material quality testing capacity, in the switch class and coil class and other power grid material testing capacity, testing capacity to reach a strong level.
